My Approach

Finding the right therapist that you can work with is important. I would encourage you to look at a range of certified counsellors and psychotherapists to select the one that you feel best fits your needs. As a counsellor myself, I have been in therapy and have experience of how important it in finding the right therapist, with the right approach and at the right time.

I am qualified and trained as an integrative counsellor using a range of approaches, mainly Person-Centred Approach and using other approaches such as Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), trauma informed approaches. As I am committed to life long learning, I am currently training in Transactional Analysis at the Berne Institute.

Please do not be confused with these terms, they offer me a range of tools and approaches to best support you in our work together.

Counselling is not giving advice but by allowing you to explore your feelings by talking and addressing your concerns in a safe environment, this way you may be able to gain a deeper understanding about yourself. This takes time and my sessions range are unlimited number, some clients have eight sessions and some I have seen for nine months and longer depending on their clients.

If you would like to make, contact with me I offer a free 30-minute introduction session for all potential clients.

Social values as a small business

Some of my clients fees are used for a monthly donation to Medecins Sans Frontieres (Doctors Without Borders) for which I am grateful to be able to contibute to their amazing work.
